As she stuffed her bags in her car boot after spending the weekend at her mum’s gaff in Warrington, Kerry Katona looked decidedly glum.
That’s not surprising really as she’s just broken up with her boyfriend Steve Alce – mind you, it was her decision to ditch him.
Yes, apparently Kerry decided to get rid of the handsome, caring, solvent artist because “she was bored”.
A source said that Kerry - who up until recently was describing Steve as “the one” and was talking about marriage with him – felt her career (?) was coming between them and the romance had died since they moved in together. A pal said:
“It’s very sad, but she has decided to end it. They had started to plan for the long term but after he moved in things began to deteriorate.
“If the truth be told he wasn’t enough of a cha llenge for Kerry – in a way he was almost too perfect and dependable.”
“Although she’s had her fair share of bad boys and has no desire to go back to that life, she does still like someone who’s going to keep her on her toes.”
What, so presumably she can repeat the mistakes of the past all over again?
